sandra's progress

marina and i are with sandra in her room; she is awake and has no pain. she had a local anesthesia and is comfortable. .....jack

    dearest Sandra,

    Thinking of you in your recovery. We all sent you healing energy yesterday, probably while you were in surgery, during a class I taught at The Barn. Many are thinking of you and sending warmth and love in that it may aid your speed and depth of recovery!
